Simplex P140 Hydraulic Hand Pump

Simplex combined high flow and low handle efforts in this larger pump making it a high performance heavy duty grade tool. The low handle effort and fast advancement are achieved through an adjustable handle pivot. In the normal setting, this pump supplies maximum flow, reducing the number of required handle strokes. For tough jobs at maximum pressure, adjust the pivot point and reduce the handle effort by 30%.  No matter if it a small or large application, this pump will withstand the task. External adjustable relief valves. Large, easy fill reservoirs. Handle latch for easy carrying. Heavy duty all metal construction for durability. Adjustable handle effort/ dual pivot points. High displacements of oil per stroke. Low, back saving handle effort. These tools appear new and I was told they were never used. Hand pump and Jack will sell as a set.
